Due to the fires, Rush Creek will be closing 7/28/08

Nearest alternate campground is Tannery Gulch

Rush Creek Campground is located on Rush Creek about 6 miles north of Weaverville on Highway 3. This is a rustic campground with lots of trees.

 

Activities: Hiking, fishing, swimming and gold panning

Services: Fuel, groceries, bait and restaurants can be found in Weaverville

Number of Sites: 11

Cost per site/per night: $7.

Site Information: This campground will accommodate motorhomes and trailers in some spurs.
