Eagle Creek Campground

 

Due to the lightning fires started June 21,Eagle Creek will be closing 9/1/08

Nearest alternate campground is at Trinity River

Eagle Creek sits between Eagle Creek and an arm of the Trinity River, just north of Trinity Lake. Excellent stream fishing is available, and Eagle Creek's small, less well developed feel give the campground a unique intimacy with nature.

 

Day Drives: Bonanza King Fire Lookout for views of Trinity Lake and surrounding area

Number of Sites: 3

Cost per site/per night: $10 -50% discount for Golden Age, Golden Access

Dates of operation: May 15 to October 31

Water: May 15 to October 31

Site Information: Most spurs will handle 30 foot R.V.'s, some will handle 40 ft. All sites have room for a tent and have tables and firepits
